Overview
To prepare individuals to successfully perform at their job interview, we offer a 2-step solution:
- Clients meet one-on-one with an Ed program team member for a guidance session that includes advice on best practices, useful tips and techniques, and ways to improve confidence on interview day
- A mock interview is held between the client and Ed program member to replicate the questions and nature of the actual interview. This will give the client a chance to practice answering and asking questions, with feedback provided at the end
